OK...I am a BIG-TIME collector of sports stuff from my favorite teams. I could care less about autographs from, say, Peyton Manning (I am a San Diego Chargers fan), but I hold dear a 1987 signed McDonald's paper tray mat of the OU basketball team when the stopped in the Lincoln, NE McDonald's on their way to their plane (I live in Lincoln, NE). I have been a lifer OU basketball fan since I was 10 (1981) and am always searching for cool "gear". So...long story short (too late, I know), is there...

1) An OU basketball history book out there. There are a butt load of OU football, but what about basketball?
2) If not, who wants to do it
3) Would it not be the awesome-ess thing ever to have a 2015-2016 DVD/Blu-Ray that highlights OU's football and basketball seasons?

Sampson wrote a book. I read it years ago. It only focused on his time at OU and his life rather than OU basketball in general. I don't know of any others but I would speculate one exists.

There's a book on Bennie Owen who basically started OU basketball. I'm surprised Billy Tubbs has never gotten around to doing an autobiography or something like that.

Harold Keith woulda been the one to do it early on. One of his best friends was Bruce Drake.

Last year they did a reunion show with Tubbs era players. Seems like someone can do interviews and get stories enough from all of those guys.
