ESPN Trae Young Article

Lots of teams cited in that story that Trae might have signed with, but no mention of oswho. How strange.

It's kind of annoying that the constant narrative regarding Young is that he took such a huge step down from the "bluebloods" signing with OU. The writer is comparing it to Rayford, his dad, playing for Tech. Two completely different programs. OU isn't that far behind the blue bloods, and has MUCH better tradition than Tech. I don't see how these writers are so incredulous about Young coming here. It's starting to border on ridiculous.

I agree, that does get annoying. Some of Rayford's remarks in this story didn't help in that regard. OU made the tourney every one of his seasons at Tech; he didn't have to go to KU or UK to make the Dance.

Seems like Ray was just afraid that, since OU missed the dance, and Trae may be a one or two year player, that he may not have a chance to play I. The tourney. I think there is a very small chance of that, but I understand it.
