Fears to the NBA official

Great season for Fears, crazy for a kid that reclassified and got into the thick of it in SEC play and found his footing down the stretch. Will be incredible to watch him continue to develop as a player, he is going to do really well at the next level.

agree .... and on the same note that is why it is so so special what Flagg is doing he is even younger then Fears ..

Who do you think was/is more hyped? Zion or Flagg?
There was a great Jay Bilas snippet on this.

Basically said that Flagg is the most complete Freshman player he has ever seen.

Zion was like combining two freak athletes together. (forgot the 2 he mentioned)

going into the draft zion is more hyped because of his highlights and his 1 of 1 skill set ...

but Flagg is a more complete player I see no world where he is not at least a 10 year starter and borderline all star .. (as his baseline minimum)

I think his upside is multi time All NBA type player ..

I agree. Zion was a freak athlete with immense skills but not the complete package (plus Flagg is 3 inches taller at least) like Flagg is.

I agree. The hype for Flagg is deserved. Maybe more athletic players have come through, but he is the basketball version of a 5 tool player. Not sure there are many holes in his game, especially for his age. Zion was just an athletic freak, but not a real polished basketball player. He's what I think of LeBron would have been in college had he went.

On the other hand, Flagg is a complete player as I have seen in a long time at the college level, both from a skill level and the intangibles.
