No doubt!!!!! Funny how all of the poke posters who flood this board when they are predicted to win, do better than us, etc, disappear when things don't go so well.

What in the world are you talking about?

There are only like 2 or 3 of us who post here regularly and we always post after losses.

Poke Choke!

Picked to win the Big 12 in football, and they lose their first conference game to a WVU team that finished the season 4-8.

Picked to finish first in the Big 12 in basketball (with KU), and they lose their first conference game to a KSU team that was picked to finish 5/6.

Dumb post is dumb.

It's a "choke" in football because we won 10 games and finished second instead of first?

And it's some kind of "choke" to lose a tight conference road game in the first conference game in the season when two of our key players, including our starting center, were out?

Uh, The Aggies lost the money game at home as a big favorite. That is the definition of choke.

Basketball. I posted a few days ago that I kind of hated that Cobbins got hurt because it would give the aggies a built in excuse when they choked away the basketball expectations.

Losing to texas was a choke.
Losing to baylor not so much. they just beat us.

Texas- we didn't come to play. No excuse
Baylor- TO's killed us in reality missed putting 21 pts up in the redzone. Cant do that and win...

No, no -- you guys have to speak in a language an oswho fan can understand:

It's a free country. Anyone can sign up and be on anyone's board I guess. But I don't understand something. Why do so many OSU fans come over here? Why do they WANT to come over here? I know that if I were to go over to a poke, longhorn, etc board they would be trashing OU. That would be expected. But you know what? I really don't care. That's why I don't go to those boards. The Sooners have just had a great weekend of football/basketball. OSU didn't. OU fans are laughing it up, enjoying that success while making fun of OSU. Again, it's an OU board, that's what's supposed to happen. So why the need to come over here and try to correct OU fans at every turn? Why not just go to a poke board and call us gooners and make fun of whatever they can, and have agreement from other pokes? I know, some will say, "Well, I'm a civilized poke(oxymoron) and I don't get upset with you guys, I like the discussion". Inevitably, at some point said civilized poke will get his/her panties in a wad.

I guess my point is, pokes, just save yourself the misery and stay away. Even though personally I don't care, I'm trying to help you. Is there no poke forum like this? I guess if you want to stay, fine, but I don't understand it.
