Next, tell him to not worry about traffic leaving. OU fans will be cleared out by the time they leave.
To be fair, when the parking lot is full...it is painstaking trying to get out of the lotThis is a time honored tradition of OU basketball fans that I have never understood. Even back when we were good there would be droves of fans leave at the 4 minute time out no matter what the score of the game was. At lease with attendance now it is hard to notice a few dozen leaving!![]()
If MMM were given a lifetime contract, in 15 years he would still be discussing concepts as if he has just discovered what it takes to win in the SEC. Last year was hilarious (gallows humor, to be clear). Even though the league made a huge leap in overall quality last season, it had been the most athletic league in the country for several years, and it had long been known to have tons of good, athletic bigs. I made that point for a couple years leading into the conference change, and I am just a fan who watches the sport on TV. Yet to listen to MMM last season and into last summer, it was as if he didn't realize that until after a full season of seeing Sam Godwin get his butt dominated every night for two months.Quotes from the Bob_P article from the fellas at Scoop:
“I think we got to continue to develop depth,” said Moser following the game. “And when the depth doesn’t get the minutes – it’s what comes first. You know you earn minutes. Tom Brady has a great video. He talks about his reps. And he’s like I didn’t get my reps earlier on. Then I got two reps and I made great. My two reps were great and then I got four and then I got six. We’ve got to have that mentality with the guys that are maybe only getting five, six minutes. Maybe that turns into 12.
“But you cannot not be deep in this league. We have to get deeper productions because if you’re not deep, it puts so much pressure on your first five to all of them got to play well. And that’s just unrealistic. And you know, I thought Nijel played really well at A&M and I thought X was really good tonight. The biggest challenge we’ve got to continue to build that depth.”
I mean, this is the deepest team he has had...what in the world is he saying? He gave Forsythe wayyy too many minutes. He is the smallest player that we have against the biggest lineup we have ever faced.

I can only go off my own experience Bounce but at the most crowded of games I am home within 20 to 30 minutes and I live in OKC and I stay to the end regardless of score. To be fair, when the parking lot is full...it is painstaking trying to get out of the lot
That is not my experience at all. It takes 20 minutes just to get out of the parking lotI can only go off my own experience Bounce but at the most crowded of games I am home within 20 to 30 minutes and I live in OKC and I stay to the end regardless of score.
Interested in Martelli based on your list
I assume Kyle Smith at Stanford wouldn't be an option. But Golden was on his staff at San Francisco and has had success building programs year by year.
Sign me up for Jerrod Calhoun (who makes less than $2MM currently at Utah State). Still wish we'd have gone after Alan Huss, but alas I believe that ship has sailed.
we need to meet and discuss parking lot strategy!!! :0That is not my experience at all. It takes 20 minutes just to get out of the parking lot

This gives me an idea that could solve both problems: just make Moser a traffic cop rather than our coach. The way he waves and gestures, he would be great for the role. And it would keep him out of the arena and off the sideline, so he couldn't screw things up for the team.yeah....i've come to expect the ridiculous amount of time getting out of the parking lot and onto I35. highway 9 stoplights are insane.
but last time i attended a game.....dumbass fans were attempting to force their way in front of my vehicle in the line to get out of the parking lot.
not sure which part of the experience was worse....the game we lost...or the parking lot/highway 9
East side is usually where I park for some reason....so maybe that is whyYou can get out of the parking lot pretty quickly if you park near an exit, especially one that has a protected turn onto the street. Also, the east side of the parking lot is a complete mess.
Left him off the list based on his job choices. Seems to be West Coast heavy.I assume Kyle Smith at Stanford wouldn't be an option. But Golden was on his staff at San Francisco and has had success building programs year by year.

Yep. Veterans get out of there relatively quickly. You can get out of the parking lot pretty quickly if you park near an exit, especially one that has a protected turn onto the street. Also, the east side of the parking lot is a complete mess.
