* I realize that sites like the Norman Transcript and Tulsa World only give you so many views before the articles go behind a pay wall, but I'm going to continue to post some of these links. Keep in mind there are workarounds to viewing these articles. The limited views are contained to the browser, so if you see a story you'd really like to read, open up a different browser. For instance, I'm running Firefox, Chrome and Safari. When I run out of views on one browser, I just go one of the others. Your cell phone also gives you extra views.

Instead, these Sooners are joyfully driven. And if you think that’s overrated, just set what Hield, Cousins and Spangler have conspired to build again what former Sooners Willie Warren, Tiny Gallon and Tommy Mason-Griffin conspired to bring down.

I'm not sure that second sentence is artfully crafted but I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment. I've flung my fair share of curse words at Horning over the years but he completely nailed what is so special about these three Seniors specifically and the team in general.
