but they stunk it up today. Even down to their last play the guard NEEDS a 3 and drives down the court and dribbles right into the paint where the ball was stolen. I'm sure Self didn't tell them to take a 2 when they needed a 3. Kids make dumb plays, even KU 4 stars, lol. I watched some of it and KU was just making dumb plays all over the court.

And OSU is now 2-22 in their last 24 road games, LOL. They could go lose at home against TCU - who knows.

I like OU's spot and team right now - I think we go to the tourney as a 5 or 6 seed. I think OSU misses and goes NIT.

I'm biased but I think OSU is more likely to win the rest of their regular season games than not make the tourney at this point.

No.
There is a 0% chance OSU wins out.
There is at least a 10% chance they miss the tournament.

What do you know, here come the aggies. They weren't here the past few weeks.

And honestly, the whole premise of this thread is stupid.
Smart and Brown had great games.
There's no reason to try and disparage Little Brother's accomplishments to try and make us feel better that they won in Lawrence and we didn't.

Baker, that had NOTHING to do with starting this thread. I was just amazed at the difference in talent but how stupid kids, even at KU, can be. They could play that game 20 times and it might be 19-1. KU made dumb play after dumb play, NONE OF IT CAUSED BY OSU by the way, and these are all highly recruited kids.

It just amazed me how an entire squad can have a day like that - who cares whether it was osu or isu - I was making the comment on KU STUPID:ez-roll:

Anyhow, I really do think OSU will be on the bubble and Ford is a terrible coach and great recruiter. Today he just couldn't screw it up enough, LOL

Maybe, but OSU has beaten the No 2 and 19 teams in the country. Unless there is a total collapse they'll be hard to keep out.

Two nice wins but some ugly losses as well. And if they lose the rest of their road games they will have a hard time getting in as well. Just sayin

Really don't care about the Ags though, my comment was about KU and kids. My main concern is the Sooners getting a higher seed and winning acouple

KU is having serious issues at PG and it's beginning to show. OSU, on the other hand, has one that will most likely be playing at the next level next year.

Exactly. Winning in the phog may get os-who playing with more confidence on the road.

The ags have plenty of talent on their team, and to try and act like they don't is delusional, IMO......

Other than Smart, who on their team will play in the NBA? NO One at all. They have decent talent but nothing special. If they did they would not be in 5th place in the worse than usual Big-12. And even though Smart was real good today, he has had ALOT of bad games. I don't know why everybody is so freaking high on him. Yes alot of "potential" - that and $4 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks, lol. He has had MORE games where he did nothing special than games he did special things. I'm a SHOW ME kind of guy, don't keep telling me this Crap about talent, show me in the actual games. Many have come down the pike with "talent" and never did it on the floor consistantly.

Hahahaha. Ok.

Markel Brown???

Jizzy - hahahaha????? hello = earth to you. My statement is fairly accurate. Other than Smart, not one NBA level guy on their team - nothing special - look at their record to see what I am talking about. If they had better talent they would have overcome their coach

And ezego - No way Brown will play in the league. Maybe in Tulsa with the D-League team. That's about it. Again, nothing fantastic on their team, yes GOOD talent but not fantastic.

THinks back to OU's 1988 finals team, THREE NBA players in King/Grant/Blaylock. Now that was Great talent folks - not the crap that they have. Don't use the "Great" word - it doesn't fit

He said they sucked and got what they deserved. KU tanks it more against OSU than any other team so I'm wondering if Bill's heart isn't in it quite as much against his alma mater.

Jizzy???? How old are you my friend??? You haven't posted here very long but I have noticed your posting style. That is why I laughed off your post and moved on.....

I go by jmizzy, always have and probably always will. I don't do juvenile internet name calling, and fake tough guy posting, so don't waste your time. I also strongly disagree with you here, and I am educated enough, and have enough class to do so without making childish plays of your log in name. If that is what you do, then have at it, I won't be paying any more attention, and I won't be engaging with you in the childish exchanges you get into when people disagree with you.

Better be careful, because this board is ran a little different, and the childishness will probably get you exiled eventually....

Back on topic: Hollis Price, Ace McGee, Nolan Johnson, Choo Kennedy, Ryan Minor, Nate Erdman, Tim McAlister, Bo Overton, David Little, David Johnson, Chucky Barnett, Al Beal, Les Pace, Skeeter Henry, Quannas White, etc.....

All very good Sooner College Players who for whatever reason didn't have NBA talent. If you are going to say a team isn't good or can't be good because they don't have NBA talent, then that tells me you probably RECENTLY started following college hoops.

I hate os-who with the best of them, and I believe Ford is terrible, but that doesn't take away the impact of them winning on the road, at KU, against the #2 team in America..... Not many teams go into the phog and win, and you doesn't do that with subpar talent.

Smart is a player, Nash can play, and Forte is going to be a good college shooter/role player. Brown is playing good and shows up as an upper class leader like he did today. I would take any of them as Sooners, and my hatred of all things orange doesn't change that.
