Since it's halftime I'll confess my favorite Oklahoma basketball memory.

So in sports terms I'm a child of the 80s and I didn't really care for your monster teams then, mostly because Billy Tubbs was just so... Billy Tubbs. But there was one time I felt great admiration for him. No surprise I'm talking about the "Regardless of how terrible the officiating is..." moment. It was fun to be reminded of that this week.

I was in Nashville during the conference tournament last march. Fun atmosphere and neat city. Sorry we suck so bad. I promise we’ve been a lot better most of the time..
