He's not good and sadly he upped his 9% from 3 % to 15% from 3 lolDavis is by far the biggest disappointment this year. Total flop
It still boggles my mind the people saying he isn't a D1 player and unworthy of scholarship.he is a very good player when healthy
Bottom 3Does anyone know how our NIL basketball budget ranks in conference?
ThanksBottom 3
No one actually knows, but some people like to act like they do.Does anyone know how our NIL basketball budget ranks in conference?
At their best they can beat anyone? The season is 29 games old and they have one notable win, and that was against a team that isn’t even likely to be in the top 25 when it’s all said and done. This team wouldn’t even be able to stay on the floor against the 10 or so best teams.Congrats to the team and coaches on a good game and win. Agree a healthy dayton is a good pkayer and really helps the team. Amazing how inconsistent mo is. If he plays like he did tonight all year, we have a completely different team and record.
Last two games will be tough but can be won. I would imagine a sec tournament championship is probably still going to be needed to get in the ncaa. At their best, they can beat anyone. So we’ll see. Maybe if we can win a couple the better teams will rest their bedt players
Dayton was probably injured and trying to play through it. Since his scoring slump was an extended one, many gave up on him. He's been invaluable the past several games...hope he sticks around next season regardless of who is coaching. It still boggles my mind the people saying he isn't a D1 player and unworthy of scholarship.
Our record has much more to do with the game thread quantity than winning or losing that game.I seldom post on game threads during the game, win or lose. I do find it amusing that if one does not see the game and just goes to this board, they will know whether OU won by looking at the page count. It's 3 pages...Auburn was 4 during the contest...when we lose it's double digits. For this game, we have to give the players and coaches their props. Winning by double-digits on the road is not an easy task regardless of the conference opponent. Like Boom Soon noted, we got a glimpse of "what could have been". Seeing how we played since the Vanderbilt game (minus those painful last few minutes), it makes the games against schools like MSU and South Carolina much more agonizing. Regardless, we have a shot at 7-11 (as well as 5-13). It's not acceptable, but when you start off 1-9, then 7-11 is about as good as one can hope for.
C'mon Wichita, just enjoy the win. None of us really believe we can beat anyone. But if we can pull off a conference tournament miracle, CowboySooner needs to pump his chest out with a big "I told you so"At their best they can beat anyone? He’s said this multiple times and I’ve seen others also talk about the potential of this team when they are playing well. Enjoying a win is fine but talking crazy is … well, crazy.C'mon Wichita, just enjoy the win. None of us really believe we can beat anyone. Georgia won the SEC Tournament and went into the Big Dance WITH A LOSING RECORD. I think they were a #14 seed. Maybe it's "lottery time" for our Sooners.
