This makes it all the sadder that we are so bad that we can’t even sniff the bubble in a terrible bubble year. In 2023, the net rating of the 25th ranked team was 17.78. In 2026, #25 Arkansas has a net rating of 23.00, which would have been good for top 10 in 2023.
