Pulled Stewart and Tuck after a sluggish start against Memphis today. Led by 11 at the half. Sat both of them along with Kia Stokes the entire second half and was leading 74-27 when he started sending out the walkons.

He said after the game that they had started the last three games sluggish with no energy.

Wonder how that will affect the 1-2 game against South Carolina Monday if at all.

I suspect that they will wake up for South Carolina. I don't think they have had a game recently in which they had a challenge to keep it over forty points.

Geno's no dummy. He likely used it as a guise to rest his bigs before the big showdown on Monday. They'll need to be on it against the frontcourt of South Carolina.

SC lost their leading scorer for the season recently. Playing in Storrs, there's really no reason to think that a hurting (yes, they lost another player - not for the season) team has any chance against Geno's machine.

I had not heard SC had any injuries, what happened?

Their top scorer is Tiffany Mitchell. I can't find anything about her being injured.
