I'm most interested in seeing what Victor is going to bring to the table this year. How much he's improved. I guess he's the backup big at this point? Also Phipps.. Sounds like AG and Rick are still a ways away?

That’s my starting five as well. Williams might get the nod instead of Gibson early on because he’s been there longer. But Gibson is too good to come off of the bench for more than a game or two. He will also be our best option to play or back up the point.

What this really means is great depth. Williams, Iwuakor, Hill, Phipps, Garang, Issanza, o’garro, and maybe even harkless. Maybe better depth than we’ve ever had.

Gibson and Williams competing for the 3rd guard spot. The odd man out is first off the bench with Hill and Iwuakor as backups in the post. Phipps play may depend on matchups. He as shot the ball well in practices.

I'm also interested in how our 2 big guys have developed, after sitting out last year as redshirts. Will they contribute at all? Are they prospects that will never really pan out?? I sure hope not, but we haven't had amazing success with productive bigs over the years. Yes, we've had some, but consistently our bigs haven't been our best players on the team. I hope that changes. I have a feeling this coming season will be a good one, or at least has great potential!
