LOL at this poster acting like there's some drastic difference between OU and Ok. State's program...
Furthermore, I love how you're acting like two losing seasons ultimately fails when measuring the overall success of a program. Seriously?
Ok. State fans might disagree, but I would be perfectly fine taking OU's stature and accolades from 1988 (since you arbitrarily used that as your reference point) until now compared to Oklahoma State's. A National Title appearance, another Final Four, conference championships, and a plethora of wins compared to most NCAA programs gives my argument a leg to stand on. In fact, since OU holds such a decisive advantage in the overall head-to-head series, I'd be willing to bet that they hold the series advantage since your chosen year of 1988, too.
Although I will take OU's success since your reference point of 1988 (and overall program success as well), I will concede that Ok. State has had a better two-year run. Congrats on only having a 5-4 series advantage during OU's worse two-year stretch in over 30 years. You can now go back to beating your chest over Ok. State's valiant and courageous NIT effort.

Pretty much ended the debate here. The rest will just be aggie arguments......
