Lon's coaches & GAs have sacrificed a lot of time to the program. I am glad the GA was discussed in the article.

So glad to get some insight into Jordan ' s metamorphosis. For all his faults, I still love Jeff Capel ' s statement that "falling in love with the process" is how you transcend to greatness. Our upperclassmen are TOTALLY in love with the process. I hope the young guys get on board and keep it going after they're gone.
