My guess is that the coaches and players do, at least to an extent. Self, I'm sure, has been paying attention as an Aggy alum.

As for the sweater-vest wearing fan base, including many front-runners in Oklahoma, the respect level is probably nil. I'm sure their thought that OU might even stay close generates this reaction: :ez-laugh: :ez-laugh: .

I'm sure there isn't much respect considering we haven't won there in 20+ years and they have won the conference now for 10+ years? I wouldn't sweat it. As a player i would think those stats above make me want a win more than anything else.

I disagree. Ku respects us. #1-2 in the country. Them winning 212 straight ships speaks respect.

You don't win like that and disrespect your opponents.

Damn, they been winning ships longer than basketball has been a sport :D

The fan base also respects OU. The reason cheno and others used to frequent out board is they knew we were the competition. They read every word and defended their team because they cared what we thought.

You don't need to have a psychology degree to understands this.

Better respect any team that's had 4 players start 80 consecutive games together.

That's a crazy number!
