In the past 5 seasons Drew has coached Baylor to 2 elite 8s, a sweet 16 and an NIT championship. He's a great coach. To suggest otherwise is silly.

Translated...he made the tournament 3 out of the last 5 years. He's had a LOT of talent over that same time span.

He definitely recruited them back to relevance, but they've not really won anything since he's been there.

This right here. Baylor has never experienced consistent success like they have experienced under Drew. He has taken them to heights that they will probably not match in our lifetime. Because of this, Drew will be at Baylor as long as he wants to be.
