How many times are Coaches Polls or Media Polls accurate when picking order of finish for respective conferences? I believe this team will surprise a lot of people and finish a lot higher than 11th.

I think you are right. Warren has even come out and said what was wrong with last years team, no work ethic. There is still talent on campus and now they apparently are working hard.

I agree. I'm not saying this team is going to win 20+ games this year, but think about it. Last year we had guys like TMG, WW and Tiny that turned the ball over and then didn't run back on defense. That combination is the best way to get beat/blown out. It was amazing that we were able to win those games early in the year against Texas/Missouri/OSU. We just had so much offensive talent that it made up for the poor effort.

But if you get rid of the guys that turned the ball over and played no defense, that is a HUGE PLUS. Addition by subtraction.

That's a good point. If we have a team that plays a little defense that's about 100% better than last years team.
