We've got a lot of growing up to do. I dont think this team has found any sort of rhythm for any length of time yet. I just hope our defense and rebounding will improve enough to keep us in the game. And our half court offense leaves a lot to be desired, too. Time to put everything together. I expect the competition to push us into being better.

I'm really looking forward to this one. We haven't been as consistent as we need to be but neither has Baylor. We just can't allow Baylor to control the boards. I'm hoping we can steal a win which would really give this team a boost of confidence.

I read where Gabbi found a gym in Wisconsin a couple of days ago and worked out by herself for 90 minutes. If every player is doing the same, it shows they are putting in the effort.

Last year, we beat both Texas and Baylor in Norman, losing in Austin (barely) and Waco. The positive thing for us is that it provides us some time for Gioya to become involved, if, indeed, she is to become involved. I don't know that Baylor is any better than they were last year. Texas may have figured out that their strength is Boyette instead of freshmen guards. I would prefer to have Gioya.

Baylor will be tough if they can figure out how to keep Alexis Jones involved and once Prince comes back. OU needs to understand that there is a game in between the 3 point line and getting layups. Athleticism will become an issue at some point if the 3 point shot isn't falling

Baylor should be the biggest challenge our team has faced this season, good thing is we will be the hardest team they've faced this year... Should be a good game, other then mompremier and Jones there the same team, we should play Zone and PAC it in...

Kalani Brown has been playing a nice roll in the wins also. She's actually been playing more than Mompremier as of late

I think you have get the bigs active and use all of them slug it it out.Pierre-louis and Trece need the work why not against the best.

Mompremier had 17 rebounds in there most recent win, she's going to be a handful for us... Brown is big and skilled, but she's a step slow, I think Mompremier is the better player.

I have noticed the same thing about Brown, Mac.

I was surprised after all the raving about her to see that she looks a little soft and a bit slow. Was she that way in HS or has it happened in the past few months? I won't be surprised if Kim gets her into shape at some point and she could become a powerful player if so.

Mompremier has looked better so far this year. One thing it shows is that recruiting is tricky. It takes lots of players - even highly rated ones - a year or two to become great players when they get to college.

Brown is very slow. But she is there to bring Defense, rebounding and put backs. Every team in the Big 12 trys to get a big to do just that. Clog the middle on Defense.

Brown is averaging 2 more points and 2 less rebounds than Mompremier. So it sounds like it's a wash and a great job of recruiting
