I love what he said after the Louisville win.
"Following the scouting report was the worst thing I can
Ever do, I told my kids just play and let me coach you, If we
loose it will be my fault"
I've always loved his coaching style and the way
he lets His girls play Loose. Not a lot of play calling,
But just Well coached physical, but fundamental basketball.
His girls buy into his system and feed off his energy. Not to mention
He has a thin bench also. They have 3 injuries and all 3 are key
Players.
I guess when you have a solid PG and Athleticism built
around her, you will be in just about any game.
I've been a fan of Waltz since he left Maryland and took the
Louisville job. He's definitely cracked into my top 5 active coaches.
1.Geno
2. Mulkey
3.C.Viv
4. Waltz
5. Tie between Sherri and Bill Finley and Jeff Mittie at TCU
Be on the lookout for UCLA. Coach Close is on the
Rise and Doing a very well recruiting Job. As well as CAL, Texas, O-State,TCU,
And Maryland
