Currently he is being looked at by colleges in 3 different sports.

Jeff receives multiple letters every day for basketball.
6'7 and still growing.
Both parents played college basketball.
OU has called about him since before soph season. Crutch and Garcia have a good relationship because Garcia coaches 7th grade team with both of Crutch's sons on it.

Meier is more skilled right now. He is being recruited by several D1 football teams also. There are about 20 D1 basketball schools that have contacted Meier for basketball.

Neither has any offers yet though.

That sucks because he is going to be one fat kid then. OU doesn't want him to show up over 220 so I am guessing he won't be over 250 unless it is his junior year.

Neither of these guys will play basketball for OU.

he is what 225 to 230 now .. OU will want him to show up at 235 to 240 after another full year of growth and weight room ...

college TE's are 240 +

He is 218. OU told him not to gain weight. They want him to show up around 220 and not any heavier. That is straight from the OU coaches after he committed.

He is going to play basketball and won't gain weight in there and that is what OU wants. That is why they like their guys to play multiple sports.

Carson is 225 flat belly now with a lot of room to grow. Romar is correct OU wants him to stay at that weight, They
want to put the weight on him.
