My girl, Jessica Murcer, former student and now friend, has been named the Oklahoma Gatorade Player of the year for 2017-2018. Congrats to Jessica. Very proud of her and for her. I'm hoping for a memorable career for her and OU while she is a Sooner.

Sweetest, I saw her play this year, she is a terrific scorer, and shooter, but just from what I saw, I would believe maybe over 50%, because she is good, but I would have to actually see her season stats to believe she was 62%.

Congrats to Jessi on her award, very deserving.
