I have zero opinion on Johnson, never having seen her play.

I have seen others play, and my evaluation of their potential to play Big Twelve basketball is very different from that of many, including Prospect Nation and HoopGurlz. We can address that after signing day.

Very true, we never know what goes on behind the recruiting scenes but however, it is still early in her recruiting career so I'm sure Sherri will make the offer. Maybe Sherri hasn't completed evaluated her to make the offer.. Who knows.. I just hope she doesn't wait until the last minute to do so. I would like to see more In-State kids on the roster over the next few years. Aren't Johnson and Llanusa close friends? That has been discussed before on the board.

It seems odd that Texas and A&M (and others) have seen enough of Johnson to have already offered and our staff hasn't. Maybe we need summer camps.

You assume that Johnson is not aware of our evaluation.
You assume that they are not in contact.

I follow Raoul_000 on twitter. He knows alot about recruiting. He had a link to newsok. Arizona offered Johnson. Give him a follow. He said OU had offered Dana Evans 2017 PG 5'6" Indiana. He is Big 10, but covers alot of players and schools.

I thought Johnson wasn't that good because the State lacks a lot of highly talented prospects, but I found this Highlight vid and it looks like she has a lot of game...

Some one said she had attitude issues in the past, maybe not a Sherri type of player, if she doesn't have an offer that could be one of the reasons why...

Lots of game! We don't know behind the scenes of recruiting other than what's being told and posted on social media. Maybe Sherri is holding off for now, or she's still under the radar like a Gioya Carter perhaps? We are after Patterson and Evans pretty hard. If so, again I just hope Sherri doesn't wait until the last minute. We can't keep letting this kind of talent leave the state. She and Llanusa will probably compete for OK Gatorade POY next season.
