Further indication that Moser must be a miserable person to work for. I’m sure his fan club will spin this as “a great opportunity,” but I can’t think of any other power conference programs losing coaches in season like we do. Josh probably wanted to jump ship before Moser heads back to Loyola after the season.

I did not know Bayern had a basketball team, but I'm not surprised. A lot of the European clubs best known for soccer also have basketball teams.

Porter does have a record of staff members leaving after a short time.

Oppenheimer also has a track record. Has been in coaching since 1998, and his longest stint was 4 years with the Bucks. Has multiple 1 year stints with various teams. Regardless, you don't leave midseason, especially since Bundesliga season has already started.

That track record would seem to be a reason not to hire him, but Moser is as bad as hiring people as he is at coaching effort lol.

Feels like we've only said this about Moser around 4x's to this point when another assistant hits the road at not opportune times. If Moser didn't hit the road when OU had no NIL and no new arena possibly incoming hard to see him now saying it's not good enough.

We don’t mean he will be leaving of his own accord. If this season continues as is and we miss the tourney after they gave him more NIL, he will hopefully be shown the door. And maybe he could save face by going back to Loyola and everyone can call it a win-win.
