Joe C has been around the team much more this year it seems.
Going to be harder for him to ignore.
I think it's a going go to be "it's time to retire, and let someone else try" conversation.

The talk he never had to have with Bob because of the LR hire/Baker due to LR's hire and Baker's emergence. Bob in 2016 got to go out on a high note knowing the upward trajectory of the program was in good shape.

I'm sure Sherri has had good intentions, but she has no idea to fix this. And she's not capable of recruiting us out of this mess.

Gabby takes a lot of ill advised shots, but she also gets a tone of minutes, yes she’s better then any guard we have on the bench, but idk if she should be starting... I think she would be better used as a 6th man, and we should go with Dee or Scott along with Mandy in the post. Williams still has her up and down moments, but I don’t see her ever reaching her potential at OU... once teams started to focus on Taylor and everyone knew that would happen, the season pretty much went down hill.

And we need to also note that Bob was still doing his job and deserves credit for Lincoln, Baker, Cody Ford, Bobby Evans, Neville Gallimore, William Johnson, Kenneth Mann, Marquis Overton, A.D. Miller, Dru Samia, Austin Seibert and DeDe Westbrook in the 2015 class alone. Not to mention 4* recruits Will Sunderland Jr., P.j. Mbanasor, Kahlil Haughton and Ricky DeBerry all 4 of which were a 4* ranked prospect by Scout 247Sport, Rivals and ESPN. Bob also had about a dozen or more big producers from the 2014 signing class.

Also in addition to Lincoln Bob hired Dennis Simmons, Kerry Cooks and Diron Reynolds 2015. Bob was working actively to make things better right up to end. The results just did not appease everyone.

Sherri made staff changes which is proactive. However we have very much failed to see signing class result for eons. That needs to happen yesterday.

I am seriously doubting whether Joe Castiglione has the stones to fire an underperforming HOF coach who is way past her peak.

Well, he certainly doesn't have the ovaries or she would have been gone two years ago, at a minimum.

Ha! Ha!. But IMHO Joe C. we would look fairly unattractive with ovaries when commingled with his ovary bearing peers. Fortunately for him that is not the case.
