The talk he never had to have with Bob because of the LR hire/Baker due to LR's hire and Baker's emergence. Bob in 2016 got to go out on a high note knowing the upward trajectory of the program was in good shape.
I'm sure Sherri has had good intentions, but she has no idea to fix this. And she's not capable of recruiting us out of this mess.
