Both should be healthy. I don't think Penzo was highly-rated, probably because she didn't have anything to do with AAU camps. She was playing on the Puerto Rican team twice as others were in AAU. She lived in Puerto Rico, moving to Florida for her senior year in HS. But, she was a relative unknown, despite making the All-Tournament team along with Durr, Samuelson, Cox, and the Canadian Center. She is also somewhat younger than the typical freshman. Although she will technically be a sophomore this year, she is the same age as most freshmen.
Penzo could bring something quite unique. I haven't seen her described as a great shooter. She is supposedly a magician with the ball in her hands and has superb floor vision. I look for someone more in the style of a Manning or Ortiz who can control the game. Even as she sat out the injury, she exhibited a great deal of confidence on the floor as she interrelated with the other players. She wasn't a wallflower who was still only sixteen and afraid to interact. She is also not a frail girl. I suspect that she will do whatever she wants to do, and that not many people will be able to stop her. The reporters at the championships where she was on the All-Tournament team seemed to be more impressed by her than by any individual on the US team, but she was essentially having to play as the only really competitive person on her team.
Penzo is the unknown factor going into this year, and she may be a huge surprise.
