Sounded like he was about to cry at one point.

I remember my coaches always telling us "don't hang your head, keep your head up and look people in the eyes". I've always been able to do just that when I've made mistakes at work or elsewhere. Lon is teaching them good life lessons. Great coach, great man and we are very lucky.

I still don't understand his substitution pattern though. :ez-laugh:
