Did anyone watch the KU/ISU game? I briefly was near a TV that had the game on, and the announcers were discussing brothers in college basketball. I'm pretty sure the announcer was bashing on Taylor saying that Blake was incredible but Taylor had no business being drafted in the second round and was never that good. Anyone else hear this?

In all honesty, Taylor really had no business being drafted in the 2nd round. I was floored when I saw he was actually drafted. He was a hard worker and a good college basketball player. But there's a reason he's playing in Belgium now.

Those announcers are acting like 2nd rounders make up the nucleus of all these NBA teams or something.

Taylor got drafted on his own merit and had NOTHING to do with Blake. Taylor was an extremely hard worker and had a great camp and based on that earned his spot. I don't think anyone expected him to be as good as Blake but Taylor had talent. His dreams were elsewhere than playing in the NBA but who is going to pass up a chance to play in the NBA even if for a few years.
