I remember the ISU game years ago. We were screaming "you're gonna regret leaving - we're gonna come back and win" and the so-called "fans" told us we were full of it.

Ha! I was also at that one .. September 12, 1998 .. Fort Worth .. a 10-9 miracle victory.

I stayed to the end, as I always do.

Can you imagine the OU fans that left early during the 2012 Bedlam football game? For sports fans, some of the very best memories are made during the closing moments of a game.

If you are there, you might as well stay. Although sometimes the memory is not so wonderful (e.g., staying to the end in the Orange Bowl as USC thrashed OU 55-19, January 4, 2005).
