Those guys were suspended. Most of the OSU guys faced minimal suspensions. Terell Harris didn't mis a game. I don't believe Dove missed one as well. Bowling was a drug dealer and is back playing, Blatnick nearly took a guys Eye out. Tiny, Fitz, and Pledger all missed games. Brown suspended for season. Everett missed a tourney game, his last. I don't get your point.
Dusty Divorchec (sp) nearly killed a person. Ryan Broyals stole gas and was redshirted.
Bowling missed a year and is no longer on scholly. Harris and Dove were punished. The guy Blatnick hit didn't even press charges.
You can do this all day long, but kids screw up at every school and at both schools they have been punished.

Lawyers do pro bono work for all types of people. I believe it's not an impermissible benefit if it's available to students who aren't athletes, as well.

Either way I know it's not a violation.
Ricky Clemons had a lawyer represent him pro bono several years ago at Mizzou. This was just prior to the NCAA investigation. That was never even discussed as a possible violation, and it was out in the open (like this is). Whatever the reason, it's not a violation.
If its not a violation then its just being smart, getting the best lawyer possible. By the way Pilgrim is unsuspended Wed. per Ford.
Darrell williams took advantage tonight...15 pts, 15 rebounds, 6 assists.
He's a nice big, with a little perimeter skills.
