SEC+/YouTube.tv Issue

I have YouTube.tv. After the women's game was over I thought I would switch over and watch some Big XII games until our men's game starts. On some of the games, but not all, I get the message "Unable to Access Event. The content you are trying to view is unavailable to purchase due to your location, entitlement status or Device. Please visit our FAQs for more information." I could see the Houston game but not the OSU game.

Anyone know why? Is this a SEC+ issue or a YouTube issue?

you may be clicking the espn+ link on some of the games ... secnetwork+ is based on Youtube TV

that does not give you espn + content

You have to subscribe to espn plus to get SEC plus, I believe

nope just have to have a tv credential that includes SEC net + (and not all secnet+ game are included in an ESPN+ subscription)

Really? From what I read sec network comes with the tv credentials and sec + is a separate subscription

Yes, sec+ is included with SEC Network.

Not for me. I can sec network through YouTube tv. I can only get sec + through espn+

You have to login with your YouTubeTV credentials on the ESPN app.

SEC+ is also included with ESPN+ though.

I don't know what caused the problem but when I returned to the Big XII page on ESPN+ after the men's game I could view the games that were blocked earlier.

The regular SEC network is included on YouTube TV. I have ESPN+ with the Disney+ bundle. We had just had a thunderstorm that knocked Spectrum Cable off the air down here. Perhaps the storm caused some kind of problems. It was resolved when I returned to the Big XII page after the men's game was over.

that is my set up as well YTTV (to get sec network ) and disney bundle (to get ESPN+)

i will say that the ESPN app (on the smart tv or ipad or phone) has 2 different logins to add 1. for tv credential (in this case YTTV) and 1 for espn+ credential (the disney login)

I have just one log-in because I use Hulu+LiveTV.
