Who are we talking about? Specifically. If it's me, you couldn't be more wrong.

And I hope to hell he talks to someone inside the program....it's kind of his job to do so. Randoms like myself, or other posters, aren't getting paid a single dollar to spend their day(s) gossiping with OU coaches/staffers.

Correct me if I'm wrong @daqman but I understood you to be saying that about some of the reporters for the OU sites or guys like the Crimson Captain who report stuff as if it was their own sourced info

I'd imagine 1M goes waaaaay further in baseball than basketball. I wonder if we could fill our entire baseball roster for the price of Scott.

I was referring more to the hiccups this time around. We've missed on several guys, but the staff has beaten the bushes and found some good players.

For example, I think JIC would be an upgrade on Pedulla in almost every facet and he wasn't our primary target, at least as far we know.

I love baseball, but basketball is in need of some major investments, or the past 8 years will seem like a dream. So many on here seem to think we have hit rock bottom in basketball. Believe me, being the first team left out of the tourney is FAR from that. Do you wanna see a season like Mizzou just had? Or better yet, look at how Louisville’s last two seasons have gone! It can get A LOT worse!

I’d be all for doing both TBH. Id contribute as much as I could of that was in the works.
