how does that work for those guys ... the graduate transfers.

Do they just decide to show up somewhere or do they hafta sign or announce something?

Wondering if anyone will know about him before he just shows up.

He'll do the twitter commit thing and just enroll and come to campus. He may have to stay and graduate in the summer (not sure, some kids need a course or 2)
