I know norman has a fairly open transfer into the district policy. ( if there is room at the school and not so much high school to highschool) but I do know someone who had to get a waiver from Moore schools to participate in a non sports competition because they moved to moore school district during the year and continued to go to norman. So its not just sports.

He isn't a pure athlete, but moves pretty good for 7'-2"... Has good form on the jump shot, would like to see some film of him playing D.
