Who was Baylor's first head coach they had as a target? I know the fans had pie in the sky expectations. But who did the administration want?

Joni Taylor coach at UGA, but she put out a story saying she wasn’t interested... i can’t blame her, as good as Baylor will be this year, Georgia is returning just about everyone while adding 2 McDonald’s All Americans.

I follow the WNBA, but only certain teams, so I don’t know a lot about Collon, but she did have a Angel McCoughtry on her team back when she was named dream head coach... also the quality of coaching in the WNBA isn’t that good, and Baylor hired a coach that’s had two losing seasons.

Honestly I think the Baylor job wasn’t that attractive... It’s not like the have a lot of talent on the roster.

Baylor is rumored to have another player undecided on the roster, would have to be Lewis, who is a likely starter or Andrews...McDonald and Owens would have to sit for a year if they were to transfer I believe. With or without Lewis, I think OU could actually beat Baylor for the 1st time in a long time...

Only if you’ve never transferred before, other then that you will have to request a wavier... Lexi Gordon who went from UConn, to Texas Tech to Duke is an example of this...

Doubt that. We had one of the worst teams in the league and she was one of the best players on a top 10 team. Alexis Morris probably isnt gonna be eligible until next year.

The timing of this with the giant hurricane that came through makes me think this is a personal issue than a program or basketball issue. They already started doing workouts and she was at the team meeting this week.

I hope they can convince her to stay but that would be a giant loss. She was locked as a starter this year. I also hope her family is okay, her area got hit good by the hurricane.
