lol, sure thing Amare.

Maybe we will all (citizens) start a new government too when things don't go our way. After that, college students, tired of paying ridiculous tuition prices, will start their own colleges and universities.

Haha... I wish a media member brought that hypothetical to Amare. Would've liked to see his response.
 
Barkley had an interesting interview. Said everybody knows we had a nasty recessions from 2007-2009 that shrank the size of the economy almost 9%.

While the economy has been growing since mid 2009 the only thing that did not take a hit during the recession was player salaries. That and Apple sales/earnings :)

He's saying the players will have to come down to 50% of there won't be a season.

That article is written for entertainment, they even say at the end the chances of pulling something off in such a short amount of time is highly unlikely.

So, yes, the owners would laugh at them.
