New AD Hire?

By Georges writing Stephenson, Harroz, and the new AD will all have a say in what should happen. Honestly I think it will be Stephenson, Harroz, and Joe C making that call and including Denny in it.

So what I take from this is that Stephenson will be firing Moser and hiring his replacement... thoughts from the board??

from reports .. Joe C was NOT part of the interview process .. in hiring the new AD . .

That’s what I was thinking. Denny will oversee football. Stephenson is the de facto AD as he’s the boss and everyone reports to him. So who the hell is going to take ownership of the basketball program?

This is a unique and interesting structure. I hope it works.

The only thing I worry about is that we have no idea what the NIL and portal will look like in a few years. If things stabilize a bit, will we regret hiring someone who doesn’t necessarily have the more traditional AD skills or background? I feel like hiring coaches and being plugged into that area will always be a critical part of the job, so I he can excel at that, too.
