Just some consideration:
Connecticut has a center---Dolson. Stewart, a superb freshman, might also end up at center. The rest of the team is really a bunch of guards.
Notre Dame has one player that is 6-3, 6-2, and 6-1. The rest are a bunch of guards. They are 3-0 against UConn this year. We'll see how the semifinals go.
Louisville has a player that they call a center. She starts most games, has averaged about 4 points and 2.7 rebounds. The rest of the team is a bunch of guards.
California does have some size. They have a bunch of players about 6-2 or 6-3. None taller. Talia Caldwell (didn't we recruit her?) is listed as a center but plays more like a power forward. The top teams, other than UConn, simply don't have real centers. They do have guards, people who can handle the ball and make things happen.
