New PG on OU's recruiting list for 2010?

Scout is reporting that OU is one of several schools expressing an interest in Gary Franklin, a 2010 USC commit who may reopen his recruitment now that Tim Floyd is no longer there.

One thing seems certain, Capel appears to be determined to bring in another point guard with the 2010 class. Something tells me OU will never find themselves without a true PG again.
