"This is the hardest working group I have been around. The veterans are the ones setting the tone, 100 percent. The new guys see that and follow." - Bryce Daub, Director of Strength and Performance

Per the Facebook account.

Always a good sign!

What's he suppose to say, they're weak cry babies!

What I want to see is the team not have mental meltdowns like last year.

Are you a fan now? I thought you liked Miller's mafia in Tuscon.

I wouldn't expect to say anything negative, But, unless he is full of Travis Ford-like hyperbole, his comment means something good.

Yes, I'm an Az fan, grew up there and went to college there.

I follow OU, like Coach Kruger and generally like the kids he recruits. I go to a few games each year and watch most of their televised games. Go to TU games as well since we live in Tulsa.

On another thread someone asked the question, what's their biggest weakness, I would say mental, until proven otherwise. They have the talent and height this year to take it much further than last year. Sorry, but I was not a Tashawn fan. Buddy needs to step up and takeover games when it really counts.

That is very good to hear. I doubt that he would sugar-coat a report on our team's workouts.

If I were a coach, I wouldn't lie, especially about practice habits. What would you possibly gain by falsely saying guys are working hard when you actually think they need to work harder?

What were the mental meltdowns last year? I thought last year was a good season. Do you mean ISU in Ames, Creighton and perhaps a few other halves that were not their best basketball?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in addition to those loses, OU lost twice to KSU. The conference title was there for the taking. In regards to my comments about Tashawn, I expected more given the hype coming in. There were games he just disappeared.

Making the sweet-sixteen was a nice accomplishment.

I'm hoping that the bigs take it up a notch this year, really looking forward to seeing Manyang and what he can do along with the Sophmore bigs!

Also, KSU got a gift 3 pointer after the shot clock that would have tipped the game in Manhattan in our favor.
