Very frustrating part of the season so far...still happy with how we are competing.

Here is why Capel gets another year. Newell, Clark, Pledger (the promise of Pledger), thrown in with Osby and Goff. IF I am him and trying to save my job, I play Newell and Cam 40 minutes per game.

Its at half right now, pretty sure its V week on ESPN so instead of Tubb's analysis you're going to get Jimmy V stuff.

Cameron and Calvin are most likely the best two "pure" scorers we have on offense. We need to tighten up on both ends with the mistakes and get those two the ball to come back and win.

I really like Newell. I know he is as green as a bean but he plays hard and is athletic as heck. Some of the others make me cringe when they drive with the ball. Bottom line, if Arkansas can play like that and not get called for fouls, as they have in the past, you can't beat em. It looks like we are playing some of the early 90's Hogs.

I've resigned myself to some of that this season along with our bigs not being able to finish at the rim. But am looking for heart and hustle....and WAITING for Goff, Osby and TJ [and what I hope is a high end recruit to replace abbi]. Capel gets one more year to see what a real team looks like.
