With all these great prospects out there like Wilson, Cox and the others we've all be talking about, if Sherri was ever going to prove, finally, that she could close the deal on some REALLY big-time recruits it would be this year and next.

I'd love to see us stock up and basically be able to platoon squads onto the court and have little, if no, drop off. The line-ups I could think of would certainly put us on par with UConn and Notre Dame.

We would definitely win a national championship.

I like dreaming -- and who knows, it could happen. Just like me actually starting to get along with Syb. LOL

She didn't recruit them the called OU and set up a visit is the story I heard.

Banjo -- Once in 20 years doesn't prove anything. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

That said, as I have posted before, Sherri's recruiting has definitely picked up significantly in the last two years. That's why I said, if she can land Cox, Johnson or one or two of these other top players everyone is talking about, we ought to get a national championship or two out of it.

OKUman - Why did they call HERE? Must have been the photos of the beaches and ski resorts. They called here because of Sherri and what she had done and what she was doing. That's recruiting just as much as calling every day and two dozen in house visits.

Oliver - you said finally and REALLY big time recruits. Finally means at last after trying forever and failing. REALLY big time recruits mean top ten like #1 and #8. She did that DA!

Your blind squirrel chestnut suggests you need to go polish your Desoto, work on find tuning your tinfoil rabbit ears, and have some Grape-nuts.

Again, Banjo, two players in 20 years from the top 10 is not landing the type of talent, like Dungee or Cox that I am talking about. Those type of players are good from the get go and usually only get better.

Sherri has been outstanding at getting players ranked from 20 to 50 and coaching them up. But outside of Courtney she really has never landed a top 8 player.

She's getting closer though and that's why I'm pretty pumped up about the prospect over the next two years.
