Good win. The inbound play on the last basket was drawn up and executed perfectly. Kudos to team and staff for that one.

Great Win and comeback. They played hard the whole game, and tough on defense throughout. Amazing how much better they were in 4th quarter. Of course 29 turnovers in first 3 quarters, and only 1 in the 4th had a lot to do with it.

Well this win should only help build confidence for the team... I like that Madi wasn’t scared to take the game tie the game, and I’m also glad that her game winning lay up went in.. she misses a lot at the rim. I’ve always thought she was the player on our team with the most potential, and could excel if she played her natural position at small forward, maybe she could have more opportunities to control the ball that way...

First and foremost, kudos to the OU players. With the many mistakes made, they did what they had to do to win. OSU probably went into the game much too over confident and/or more focused on the "rivalry" versus playing a sound game and it bit them. The rematch should be interesting.

Perhaps we substituted better or did not plan to play the game with wild fanaticism (or substituted better) and fOSU, in doing so would up tired in the 4th quarter and thus were unable to force the turnovers they did earlier.
Or maybe with our deficit in the 4th quarter our players continued to play hard but felt we probably wouldn't make it so they had less of a tendency to choke.
They got a lot of their points on turnovers and in the 4th quarter they had only one opportunity to do that.
That tall center athletic of theirs might be able to dunk the ball. She is going to be tough to play against in the future.

Agreed. hell froze over and we played completely relaxed the last 2 minutes of the game and just went for our shots without any hesitation. Not the team we have seen lately, which is great. I hope moving forward we play more like the last 2 minutes than the rest of the game prior to that point. Why are we still turning the ball over so much? We have very seasoned sophomores, essentially veterans at this point so youth cannot be the reason. Just imagine if we cut the turnovers down to say 15 or so... how many more points we would put up and intern how many more games we would win!
Mack was a steel out of the juco ranks. Gray was also an amazing transfer in for the pukes... I know we went after gray hard out of high school and she considered us momentarily but wanted to play ball with her sister. imagine if we'd been able to get her to commit. With our luck she probably would have transferred out already :-(
