OKPreps Kaden Cooper

He transferred to some basketball factory type school in ATL or FL? I can't remember which school specifically but that's probably why he's not a household name for #OKpreps followers. Obviously, from Ada originally.

Man, get him Moser.... Saw a couple of dunks. Is he '22? If he can score and play defense..

I think it’s in Atlanta area. . Lots of talent.

Not sure the Texas offer is committable.

Reclassified to 23 when he moved. I think rereclassified to 2022 a few weeks back.

OU even interested?

Also, is OU bent on using all available schollies on the portal or is there a chance a HS guy late signing period?

Honestly idk.

I think portal is more of a you know what you’re getting.

Cooper is a freak athlete. I mean freak. I don’t think Ou is in contact

As of right now, the only current OU staffer following him is Dylan Mihalke.

That doesn't mean OU isn't aware of him, obviously, I'm sure they are.

Probably not a fit. It’s gonna take him a while to score at the high major level. In my opinion the most athletic kid from the state since Blake Griffin. I think a hair more athletic than Josh Richardson.

Well, I guess he was on OU's radar, or is NOW

I approve this offer! Kaden is an Ada boy! We don’t get many OU quality players. Make Ada proud, KC!!!

Sam Godwin is from Ada along with Jaxon Robinson who’s at Arkansas. Godwin transferred and Robinson and Cooper left the school after their junior year. What’s up with that?

Southmoore needed a big for their state tournament run. (Covid derailed)

Jaxon was over HS thought ready for d1.

Coopers family for his basketball career to take off he needed a prep school and year.

Is there a lot of recruiting in OK high school basketball going on?

Correct. Ada is a football school, not a basketball school. Sound familiar?

Ironically, Ada’s basketball coach, Kyle Caufield, is the younger brother of LaNeishea Caufield, an OU basketball star in 1998-2002.

I feel bad for Kyle, losing back to back players like Jaxson and Cooper to another school. Maybe Cooper can make my girl LaNeishea happy by signing with OU!
