Six-foot-10, 290-pound Orlando Allen played two seasons at Oklahoma, was expected to earn a degree this summer, and is reportedly joining the Marshall team with one year of eligibility.

Either he graduated or has a cleared waiver from the NCAA...odd to say the least.
