OSU vs KSU

I was beginning to think oswho was just going to be better than us this year, but I'm starting to think that's not necessarily the case. They've still got us in the overall record, but man, we're two games ahead of them in conference. That's amazing.

OSU is a weird team.

They have played a tough early league schedule (KU, WVU, Baylor in the first five league games) so I gave them some slack.

But they play zero defense at all, K-State did everything they wanted offensively last night.

I too thought they would be better.

Really obvious when you see them in person. No front court, leading rebounder is a guard. They work way to hard to score while the opposition drives to the basket or takes an open 3. Defense was better last year How we beat Wichita State I'll never know.

Hopefully it's just a talent problem

OU has played those three as well... Big 12 is tough. There's just no room for slack. OU has 2 wins but that's after losing their first 4... it's rough... I just hope OU isn't their first win;)

The lack of defense is what shocks me with them. The hire of Underwood was supposed to change that and bring OsU back to it's Iba/Sutton roots.

Maybe SoonerDan was confused when he said OU would go 0-16. Maybe he was really talking about OSU.

Does that mean he was expecting OU (or OSU, if that's the case), to end the conference season on a two-game winning streak? :ez-laugh:

Finally got a win. Played some decent defense at times. It's too bad games don't end at halftime. OSU would be 5-2 instead of 1-6
