We can't handle Baylor even when Griner is on the bench.
The graphic they just showed would indicate otherwise.
If she would set griffin on the bench and play a quicker lineup might have a chance. With griffin in forget about it
AgreeIf she has to sit Griner due to foul trouble in the NCAA tournament against a team with more weapons than we have, she could be in trouble.

There was one play tonight that just epitomized my disgust with officials and their tendency to call what they think happened rather than reality. If you have the game taped, look at one play by Hook.
Hook dribbles along the baseline, coming under the basket and putting the ball up from the right side of the basket. Griner comes over and "blocks" the ball. No foul.
Griner moved into Hook, catching her first with the body. Then, she was so close to Hook that she caught Hook with the tricep on the wrist as Morgan put the ball up. This deflected Morgan's wrist just enough that, still in the same motion, Griner hit her a third time with the wrist on the back of Morgan's hand and wrist. This is what has been happening for four years. Griner hits with everything, but is given credit for a clean block.
Well as frustrating as it was to be on the losing end, it was interesting to watch what is easily the best team in the country. They are quick, strong, smooth and talented. I can be honest enough to appreciate that. At the same time, the last part of the first half showed they'll be back in the pack next year.
I meant with Griner and Pope on the bench. They seem to be in a mode where they think they can turn it on whenever they want to. That is not a smart way to play.
