*******OU-Kansas State Game Thread*******

I LOVE their movement in this offense. Good cuts, crisp passes, and decisive shots. It's no wonder this is the most effective offensively OU has been in years and years.

Little sloppy here.

I like it that Isaiah plays with a little edge to him.

Also keep in mind K-State is shooting 45% and 50% from three. They're not playing that bad.

Not sure how much of this is how good OU is playing or how bad KSU is playing.

K-State makes their living on the defensive end. If you jump on them like we did today, you really take them out of their game. They are not a come-from-behind team. They would much rather play a half-court, grind type of game. Having said that, they certainly don't have their normal energy. But that is a credit to us. We were focused today.

you RARELY see them "clumped up" on the floor now offensively.

they take great advantage of spacing.

I'm sure it's because we're so guard-heavy but if this is what Kruger preaches then he's welcome to coach my teams forever.

It really is insane how much better every single player on the roster is this year vs. last year, with the possible exception of Je'Lon.

I think we played well and we are tough to beat when our shots are falling and when we play with good defensive intensity. I felt like we got good looks the first time we played them. It just looks a lot better when the shots are falling :-)

On D we match up well against KSU because we can switch and they don't have anyone to really hurt us at the rim. I worry about this when we play KU on Monday because we are susceptible to the lob at the rim and we do not match up well against them inside.

That Nino cat looks too nice to get a "T". Dude is always smiling

It is funny now to listen to people say we are a hard team to press. I remember that game at Cincy a few years ago when we had that big lead and then collapsed against their press. What a difference a few years of coaching can make.

Only up 14. Under 4 timeout.

Need to make some stops now. We've lost a little bit of our edge.

We had a few bad defensive possessions but they also got red hot. Funny how teams do that when they are behind and feel like nothing to lose.
