*******OU-Louisiana Tech Game Thread*******

You're wrong. We'll be fine and are a better team then last year which I thought was pretty easy to see so far this season.

See you say that but outside of MSU, LA Tech was probably the best team we played. (Seton Hall is garbage, Alabama is not very good) We lost to them, and barely beat teams like UTA, and struggled against Tulsa. The schedule this year is much, much weaker than last years and I think we are not as prepared for conference play than last year.

Tech is a good team. I have no idea why anyone is complaining. They will make the tournament with probably a top six to eight seed.

We're complaining because we scored 98 points at home and lost. Someone scored triple digits in Lloyd Noble tonight, and it wasn't OU. It's irritating, whether they're a good La Tech team or the top-ranked team in the country.

I don't know his history, but the line closed at -3.5 and we just lost at home. I think it's fair to say they're the better team.

He's been trolling tons of OU message boards for a solid decade.

You will find a lot of posts like this if you go back a year to the SFA loss.

This is a bad loss. Just like SFA was last year.
It doesn't mean the season is lost. I just hope it's a wake up call, and this team learns to play defense at some point.

Not sure how you can't complain a little here. While la tech looks to be a pretty legitimate team, we are also a team that has a good shot at being a tourney team, and we lost to Louisiana tech at home. If this team is anywhere near as good as we would like to think, you hate losing to that team at home. Even if we weren't very good I still don't want my Sooners losing to Louisiana tech at home. Plus like pnk said we gave up triple digits in the process and also blew several chances to put this game away.

I don't think it is nearly a bad as sfa. What was teir record that year? Were they returning four starters dim the previous year?

Defense isn't near where it needs to be. But Woodard also played his worst game of the year. We need him to atleast be a steady presence, or else we'll lose games like this.
