OU is in a total free fall, and KSU is a good solid team. Solid players, well coached, etc. BUT, it is in Norman.

If they lose to KSU at home they will drop 16-12, 5-10 in the Big 12.... and that's with a tough road game at Baylor coming right after it.

I think at this point they have to beat KSU to make the NCAA Tournament, unless they end the year beating Baylor and ISU. They really need 2 more wins.

They can't just beat ISU at home and be 17-13, 6-12, etc... They won't make it with that record.

I think we need 3 more wins, and one of them needs to be this K-State game. I also think that's extremely unlikely to happen.

Not to be technical, but if they lost to ksu, they would be 6-10 in conf, not 5-10. We need every W that we can get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thin kwe need 2 more total wins, which would put us at 18-13. That's not a great record, but don't discount our wins from earlier in the year! They are solid W's and will likely carry enough weight for us to sneak into the tourney.

Lunardi's last team in last night was Syracuse. Cuse has ZERO wins against current Top 25 teams. As bad as we have been lately, our record against current Top 25 teams is actually 5-3 currently. That alone may be enough for us to hang our hat on! We may be a low a$$ seed, but we should still sneak in!

Yep, 2 wins would be a lock

Seems difficult, to put it mildly

Two more wins would have OU finishing he conference 8-12. Only once in the history of our conference has a team 4 games under .500 made the tourney. I don't think OU will be the second team. I don't think you can justify putting a team that closes the conference season 3-11 in the tourney.

Your math is wrong. Two more wins would make them 8-10 in the conference. And if they get to 18 wins overall and 8-10 in B12 I think they enter the B12 tourney as a lock. Even though they are absolutely NOT a team worthy of the Dance- they would get in based on their early credentials.

I believe they have to win 2 out of three plus a tournament game together in.

Unless some miraculous change in effort/scheme/execution were to occur.....we aren't beating K-State. We have too many holes and Weber will find several ways to exploit them.

Weber sucks as a coach.

OU is in complete free fall. Kstate has good players.

OU must win this game or the season is over.

Has this team quit or do we have some fight left. Idk.

I believe two more wins at any point (regular season or Big 12 tourney) get us in. If we only get 1 more win...if will be extremely tough and we would need a lot of help (no Cinderella teams winning their conf tourney championship).

Weber gets a lot out of his team. He is not a terrible coach...ksu has decent talen (not great), but they play tough defense and always seem to be a bad matchup to us.

We simply have to shoot the ball better and give more effort on defense. Easier said than done though.
