62-62 They are killing us if we take Griffin away from the basket.

3:45 62-66 Marist leads. Hook may be playing her worst game of her career. She has no defense and has been sloppy on offense. Sharane must have seven turnovers by now.

Vegas has been a liability.

66 all as Griffin hits for two and Carter hits to FTs after a reversed call that would have fouled Carter out. OU ball after TO.

69-76 Marist wins.

Out coached, out played, out hustled. Really a bad game all around. I know Giorgis is happy at Marist, but he probably does more with his talent, or lack of, than any coach in the country. I am sure he could have a top job if he wanted it. We need to go back to the drawing board and our kids need to find out what "how bad do you want it" really means. Really disappointed in all phases of this game.

The pre conference games have been a big disappointment to me. If something does not change, we are not going very far this year. Something is just not right with this team. I hope they get it together for the Big 12 games.

Team was picked near the top ten preseason and pre Big 12 champs. Are they vastly overrated? Can this be turned around. Seems like they lose to any good team they play. Marist shouldn't be beating OU in anything.

We shouldbe good. We have what is probably the best center in the Big Twelve. We have a good small forward in Sharane, as long as we use her properly. We have a pre-season all-american at shooting guard, and we have a three-year starter at point.

For me, the disappointment has been in Vegas and Morgan. I didn't expect leadership out of Vegas, but I did expect competence. This may be her worst year. Hook seems to get upset and bent out of shape---a point guard? These are the two that you have to have, and they have been a disappointment thus far this year. When we have lost, has Vegas ever shot well?

Carter refuses to learn to think. She makes too many mistakes to be counted on so heavily. Edwards---come on---hit free throws if you are a point. You have to be able to score somehow.

Right now, I'd be doing a lot more with Kellogg, Gibbs, Kornet, and Wyatt until I saw someone else step up. They have tried when they have been on the court.

They played about as bad as they did at UCLA. Poor job by coaches, players, other than Kornet and Griffin. They never got anything going in rhythm and just looked out of sync all night. They probably kissed the top twenty five away, and deservedly so. They seem to be regressing rather than improving.

I didn't see the game. But I have been thinking for a while OU might think about starting the freshman at the pt. or at least get her more mins. I like hook. But she is avg as a point.

Please tell me that Sherri doesn't really think Carter is better than Kornet. I would appreciate if someone could splain to me what the heck is going on because I don't understand.
